Why should I hire you?

Because of my commitment to you.  I will assemble a superior group of sub-contractors that all have the same building standards that I have. Together we will create a self-sustained structure that will stand the test of time.

What makes you different?

My background. I was trained in fine carpentry, finish, and framing (yes you can frame to a 32nd of an inch!).  I trained to build exquisite cabinetry, trained to build multi-family dwellings, trained to build custom homes and renovations, and have hands-on experience in all trades. 

All of this brings me to a point where my extensive knowledge in construction gives me the advantage.

Can you give me a square-foot price for your projects?

That is difficult.  A project's total budget is not necessarily connected to the square footage.  Architectural details, site conditions, choice of materials, quality of finishes, and construction standards all contribute to the total project costs. 

After discussing your individual requirements I can put all of the factors together and come up with a fair budget for the project.
