"We bought our house in 1999 and immediately began renovations to the 1915 bungalow.

A complete renovation to the infrastructure was undertaken, starting with the foundation and moving to the roof, landscaping, and paint.

Recognizing all of our efforts, the City of Ashland presented us with an 'Historically Compatible Residential Renovation' Award in 2003."
